Sailing for the Planet – reefs in trouble

Accompanied by the Leibniz Center for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT), Michael and Uta set out on a political circumnavigation in 2019 to travel to the regions that suffer most from climate change and environmental degradation and to show the concrete effects in the regions concerned. They address the people who live with the effects of climate change directly and meet scientists, politicians and, above all, those affected. With this tour, those responsible in politics and business as well as interested consumers are sensitized in order to increase awareness of a sustainable lifestyle in the future.

In October, Dr. Henry C. Wu was interviewed on the subject of reefs in trouble for this project.
